Buy by Mail using a US Check: In North America: By mail enclosing US $ check, money order or credit card details as for fax (please do not send cash through the mail) to Make 'Em Laugh Sales, PO Box 4093, Englewood, CO 80155-4093, USA. Note that the US Post Office will not deliver unstamped mail.
Buy by Post in Europe with UK cheque or Eurocheque: In Europe: By post enclosing cheque, postal order or credit card details (include expiry date) to Make 'Em Laugh Sales, PO Box 856, Cambridge CB4 5YD, England. Cheques should be drawn in sterling on a UK bank or Eurocheques written in £ sterling. International money orders are also acceptable in Sterling. Please do not send cash through the post
